Yep, that's it without regard to practicality or reality. Who knows if I'll ever get there. And really, who cares? Maybe along the way I'll find something I want even more.
So here we go with week #1!
***************************************************
I only had a few days to prepare a project this time around, so I assigned myself the task of writing a limerick and illustrating it:
This week I made a 12 mile journey to Elsinore and back. The highlight of my week was the trip back. I heard a rumble of a motor behind me and some guy pulled up in an ATV. I may have known him, maybe not. He asked, "So how far are you going this time?" I grinned and said, "Just to Joseph". He laughed and told me he had never walked that far in his whole life. Had he seen me walking already? Was he someone my parents have told about my love of walking? It didn't even matter. I told him he was missing out. And I meant it. There is nothing so amazing as walking in this little valley, one of the prettiest I have ever seen. Seeing the clouds descend, delivering snow over the mountains. Seeing the sun break from behind the clouds and the view shift and change with the light. And most of all...praying for the rain and sleet to stay in that dark cloud above me just until I get home...
I didn't have a "food" assignment for this week, but my new food creation for the week was Sunchoke, squash, and sweet potato gratin with a side of Bulgar pilaf. It turned out fairly tasty.

My total mileage for the week: 27.
